1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Taxer you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Taxer is
Taxer is a software platform that helps individuals and businesses in Nigeria understand, calculate, file and pay their taxes. Where Account Managers are assigned, they are independent CITN-certified professionals who supplement (and do not replace) your obligation to provide accurate information.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful and complete information.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Verify computations before submission to authorities.
- Pay subscription fees as agreed (Paystack-backed).
4. Plans, fees and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We may pro-rate refunds at our discretion when service has not been rendered.
5. Limitation of liability
Taxer provides software and informational support. It is not a registered tax advisory firm. For complex advisory, consult a registered tax consultant. Our maximum aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, or place the platform at legal risk.
